T’gana IAS Association Reacts To Vikarabad Row
Hyderabad: Telangana IAS Officers Association has issued a statement against the attack on district officials. “Such acts cannot dilute the resolve of the government officials in discharging their duties in any manner,” president of Telangana IAS Officers Association, Shashank Goel said.
It may be mentioned here that District Collector Prateek Jain and Kodangal Area Development Authority (KADA) officer Venkat Reddy, who attempted to meet local representatives for a public hearing on the proposed Pharma Village project at Lagacharla village in Dudyal mandal, Vikarabad district on November 11, were attacked.
“Telangana IAS Officers Association takes a very serious view of the incidents that have occurred in Vikarabad district. The government is taking strong action in this matter,” Secretary of IAS Officers association and Telangana Special chief secretary of IT, Jayesh Ranjan said.
